Fun at Cheese World! I Camembert to say it, but the Dakota Region night at our Wine and Cheese tasting party was so much butter than could have possibly been expected. It was way beyond gouda - it was fabulous! We had four wines paired with a total of 8 cheeses, plus a melted raclette and bread cheese that were both exceptional. Many thanks to Tim, Patty, and Michael Czmowski for their hospitality and for sharing their encyclo-brie-dic knowledge base of everything cheesy.
